Invitation to XIXth European Symposium on the Quality of Eggs and Egg Products and XXVth European Symposium on the Quality of Poultry Meat
Dear Friends and Colleagues!
On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is a great pleasure to invite you on the XIXth European Symposium on the Quality of Eggs and Egg Products” and XXVth European Symposium on the Quality of Poultry Meat”.
This Symposium is organized every two years jointly by the Working Groups 4 and 5 of the European Federation of WPSA, and this time it will be held between September 7 to 9, 2023 in Kraków, Poland.
Such events provide a unique opportunity for scientific community, practice sector, and for all associated with the poultry sector to exchange recent advances, hot topics and upcoming challenges in the fields of the quality aspects of poultry meat, eggs and their products.
Location of the Symposium in Kraków, which is one of the most recognized cities of Poland shall provide excellent opportunities not only for gathering and exchange knowledge but also for behind-the-scenes conversations in the magic places of the City.
